The ZCAST Direct Metal Casting process offers cast metal parts from CAD files without the need for an expensive pattern. Take your digital data and turn it into a functioning part in a matter of days. The process prints moulds and core components directly into modified ceramic powder, this eliminates the pattern and core box production, saving time and money compared to sand casting processes. The foundry can easily handle the new mould and incorporate it into it's pouring process. You can now prototype parts in metal that were previously cost and time prohibitive. |
